Adam is responsible for client relationships and business development at Flui. He trained as a Management Accountant initially, and now has 20+ years' experience in the Utilities industry in commercial and risk-management roles, often with responsibility for operational systems and digital transformation.

Following a BSc Maths with Industrial Engineering, Adam achieved an MBA delivering his thesis on developing tri-party commercial relationships for client benefit.

Adam has a passion for the Authentic Leadership model. His personal style mixes teamwork and passion for winning from sport, with transparency and strong business decision-making philosophy from professional training. He is constantly developing his skill of story-telling, which is essential in Sales, having first learnt by “selling” complex (Utilities) analysis to team-mates  

Adam enjoys cricket with his boys, and also a mix of football and rugby in the winter. He celebrates an incredible decade with Leicester City football club which he never thought would be possible (he wishes! #befearless).
